Communications

PWCampbell promoted John Latsko to vice president and director of preconstruction and David Welsh to vice president and director of sales, a new position.

Education

Kevin O'Toole and Jon Peebles were named principal and vice principal, respectively, at Baldwin High School. They previously served in administrative positions at North Hills School District.

Pressley Ridge elected Bob Dickson to its board. Mr. Dickson is chief financial officer at CardiacAssist.

Health

St. Clair Hospital said board-certified cardiologist Ryan W. Zuzek joined its staff and is specializing in coronary interventions and peripheral endovascular interventions.

Investment

Yanni & Associates Investment Advisors LLC hired Nile Doaty as administrative assistant.

Law

Campbell & Levine said Christopher J. Rayl joined its public finance department. Mr. Rayl represents issuers, borrowers, underwriters, trustees and lenders. His practice also encompasses securities law, corporate acquisitions and other transactions and affordable housing and tax credit transactions.

James A. Loeffler, president of InTune Business Advisors LLC and owner of LegalEye Legal Management Solutions, was named state co-chair for the Council on Litigation Management.

Picadio Sneath Miller & Norton, P.C. said Robert L. Wagner, attorney, joined its patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation group. Mr. Wagner's practice will focus on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Gary R. Walker joined Reed Smith as a partner in its corporate and securities group. He had been a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, where he focused on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance.

Nonprofit

Christine Mueseler, vice president for institutional advancement and marketing, Seton Hill University, was elected to the board of the Pennsylvania Humanities Council, a nonprofit organization representing Pennsylvania in the Federal-State Partnership of the National Endowment for the Humanities. As a council member, Ms. Mueseler will serve on the development committee, which considers and recommends ways to expand public participation in and support for Pennsylvania Humanities Council programs.

Amy Icenhour was named the Beaver County service delivery coordinator for the American Red Cross Beaver-Lawrence Chapter.

Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation elected to its board Carrie Coghill, president and co-founder, D.B. Root & Co.; Sylvia Hill Fields, executive director of Eden Hall Foundation; Laura Ellsworth, partner in charge of Jones Day Pittsburgh Office; and Mary Tambellini, president of the volunteer service board of Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC.

American Liver Foundation -- Allegheny Division named members to its board: Geoffrey D. Block, Block Medical Associates PC.; Ryan Craig, First Niagara Bank; Jennifer Dombroski, First National Bank; Lisa Hoff, Allegheny General Hospital Transplant Services; Marvin Lalli and Cara Sapida, WPXI-TV.

Utilities

Westinghouse Electric Co.'s Nuclear Automation product line announced two key organizational appointments in its recent organizational restructuring.

Meena Mutyala was named vice president, engineering and product development for nuclear automation. Jan Dudiak was named vice president, operations and production for nuclear automation.
